Job summary

Adventureland Theme Park seeks friendly seasonal retail team members to welcome guests, upsell merchandise, and operate POS systems across its park locations. You’ll help guests choose products, promote ongoing promotions, and maintain tidy, safe shops while delivering memorable service.

Previous retail experience helps but is not required. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of a fun, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old per Iowa Child Labor Laws.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to shift.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving attitude.
• POS experience and PCI compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests as they enter retail locations.
• Assist guests with questions about merchandise or souvenirs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and upsell where possible.
• Operate POS equipment to finalize purchases accurately.
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and presentable for guests.
• Ensure retail locations are clean and safe for guests.
