Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will assist with unloading trucks and restocking merchandise while ensuring a safe and friendly shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time hours may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
