Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and teamwork with store leaders. Part-time position with in-store duties and routine lifting; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills required.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash safety.
• Keep store clean and stocked, recover merchandise, and unload trucks as needed.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and friendly environment for customers and colleagues.
• Follow store policies and perform other duties as assigned.
