Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and suggest upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a professional, guest-first attitude with customers.
• Move products to the sales floor with care and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Assist with checkout and upsell during transactions.
• Accurately handle POS transactions.
• Identify issues and seek management as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers and guests.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative effort.
• Follow training playbooks and standard procedures.
• Keep the work area neat, clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety and security practices; report hazards.
