Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a part-time team member at our Marietta location. We help local job seekers by turning donations into meaningful work opportunities and offer growth through our Career Centers.

As a front-line associate, you will greet guests, maintain store presentation, process transactions, upsell merchandise, and support a friendly, safe shopping environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and promote the brand.
• Maintain a professional, patient, 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the salesfloor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Accurately handle point of sale transactions with guests.
• Identify and quickly solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote teamwork with peers and follow training/playbook instructions.
• Keep a neat, clean, and organized work area and salesfloor.
