Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member in McKinney, Texas to support all operational, front-end, freight and merchandising processes and to maintain a selling culture by following company standards designed to drive sales.

The role involves cashier/front-end duties, stocking freight, store recovery and housekeeping, and helping maintain inventory accuracy while delivering great customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Clear, concise communication with strong verbal skills.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. or 100 lbs with team lift.
Reliable, ethical, and acts in the best interest of the team and store.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and customers have a positive experience.
Unloads, processes, and stocks freight following store merchandising guidelines.
Performs store recovery, conditioning and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
Completes daily/weekly workload and tasks efficiently and on time.
Acts to improve customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
Performs other duties as needed by business demands.
