Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Development, Global Products & Experiences to drive sell-in of licensed merchandise across key partners. You will manage day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensuring strong in-store execution and compelling consumer product offerings.

You will analyze sales data, monitor opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, category and franchise teams to support campaigns and product launches while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in retail, licensing, consumer products or business development.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Deep knowledge of retail environments, merchandising and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retail partners, especially Walmart and licensees.
• Execute retail strategies across categories and ensure in-store execution.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
• Collaborate with licensing teams to support launches and activations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all licensed products and placements.
• Conduct store visits and audits to maintain merchandising standards and uncover opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
