Job summary

LOST MARY in Dallas, TX seeks a regional store operations professional to oversee procurement, sales, and inventory across city stores and surrounding areas. You will drive product shelving, maintain stock, and boost store turnover while coordinating with distributors for timely deliveries.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with internal and external teams, and a willingness to visit stores to submit statistics and support promotions and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FMCG or retail industry, with deep understanding of new product launches and sales channel collaboration.
• Familiar with wholesaler partnership models and chain store market, capable of establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships to drive joint offline and online marketing activities.
• Willing to visit retail stores accordingly and submit statistics on system.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, sales, and inventory for stores in the city and surrounding areas, achieve product shelving targets, maintain sufficient store stock, and improve store turnover.
• Coordinate effectively with distributors to ensure timely deliveries to retail stores.
• Expand into new stores to increase brand coverage within the assigned region.
• Oversee store image management, distribute and manage promotional materials (POSM), and enhance brand visibility in stores.
• Communicate with retail store managers using various methods such as telephone calls, written communication, and meetings to plan, assign, and direct their responsibilities. Ensure their understanding and compliance with store guidelines, policies, and procedures, including operational directives, marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage system data, record store visits, monitor store staff for timely scan‑and‑verification completion, and follow up on staff incentive policies.
• Plan and execute store promotions, including irregular promotional activities for key stores.
