Job summary

LOST MARY is seeking an experienced field sales and operations professional to optimize inventory, coordinate distributors, and expand brand presence across stores in Atlanta and nearby markets.

You will drive merchandising standards, manage retailer relations, and ensure accurate data reporting through internal systems. Fluent Mandarin and English are required for client communications and internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on FMCG/retail experience with launches and cross-channel sales.
• Strong partner management and distributor network development.
• Willing and able to conduct regular store visits and report data via internal systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English for client communications and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Sales Optimization: manage procurement, sales and stock for stores in the territory.
• Distributor Coordination: ensure on-time deliveries to retail outlets.
• Market Expansion: identify and onboard new stores within the territory.
• Brand Visibility & Merchandising: oversee POSM and visual standards in-store.
• Retailer Relationship Management: engage store managers and communicate directives.
• System Data & Compliance: log visits, monitor staff, and manage incentive follow-ups.
• Promotional Execution: plan and execute in-store promotions to drive footfall.
