Job summary

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Denton-Lake Cities in Corinth, TX is seeking a Retail Sales & Graphic Design Specialist to blend customer-facing sales with hands-on design work for custom apparel.

This full-time, in-person role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw, at least 1 year in retail, and strong communication. Expect a fast-paced environment, a 24-hour turnaround mindset, and a PTO benefit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Corel Draw.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment.
• Strong written communication for email and customer correspondence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand design preferences and provide recommendations.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw to create custom designs.
• Support a 5-star customer satisfaction standard through high-quality products and service.
• Answer phone, email, and voicemail promptly.
• Finalize artwork and transfer files to production.
• Review orders to prioritize artwork and printing.
• Ensure 24-hour turnaround orders are completed ahead of schedule.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Support inventory management and monthly counts.
• Open/close procedures and timely communication with customers.
• Assist with production once customer responsibilities are completed.
