Job summary

AllDayShirts.com is seeking a skilled Graphic Artist to design apparel and prepare production-ready artwork for embroidery, screen printing, and DTF processes. You will balance creative design with technical production requirements to ensure high-quality results across garments and accessories.

You will digitize logos, select thread colors, and contribute to proofs and logo placement while collaborating with a hands-on production team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within apparel decoration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar design tools).
• Experience with embroidery digitizing software (preferred).
• Strong understanding of screen printing and DTF processes.
• Knowledge of color theory and print production requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize customer artwork for production (300 dpi, proper formatting, vector conversion)
• Digitize logos for embroidery, ensuring clean and precise stitch results
• Select and adjust thread colors for various garment types (light and dark fabrics)
• Create and revise design proofs for customer approval
• Assist with logo placement across apparel (shirts, hats, jackets, bags, etc.)
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs translate accurately to final products
• Support font selection and maintain branding consistency across all items
