Job summary

Big Frog of Raleigh is seeking a Custom Garment Decoration Consultant to join our in-store team in Raleigh, NC. You will work Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, helping customers choose decoration options, quote pricing, and process orders. You should enjoy customer service, be organized, and able to use a POS system.

Qualifications

• Experience with garment decoration and pricing.
• Familiarity with materials, sizes, brands, and delivery times.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to operate a POS system.
• Willingness to assist with in-store production and fulfill orders as needed.
