Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the store sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. You will guide the team to provide an unforgettable customer experience and maintain high standards of service.

This role focuses on leadership, inventory/shipments, daily store maintenance, and collaboration with the Regional Manager to drive sales and ensure smooth store operations while upholding safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Availability: morning and/or evening shifts, 8-hour workdays, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
• Must be a dependable leader with punctuality and attendance.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates positive experiences and handles concerns proactively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn new procedures quickly and follow through on tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences with the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, help customers with sizes, and provide honest product feedback.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups and event invites.
• Be knowledgeable about new products and best-sellers and share insights with customers and staff.
• Motivate the sales team to meet goals within a team-based commission structure.
• Seek product knowledge to act as a fashion and active-wear expert for customers.
• Lead shipments processing and inventory management, partnering with regional managers.
