Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate II, Retail Generalist, with knowledge of retail products, merchandising, pricing, and quality inspection. You may back-up multiple departments, including donations processing, stocking, cashiering, and customer service, while supporting the store’s operations and mission.

The role involves both production and sales floor activities, with a focus on excellent service and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in multiple departments and maintain product quality.
• Experience with cashier systems and customer service.
• Attention to detail in pricing and donation processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist donations from customers and load/unload items with care.
• Sort, inspect, price, and value donated goods as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and balance cash drawer at register.
• Maintain well-stocked, clean sales floor and organized back areas.
• Provide accurate cashier transactions and assist customers.
• Process e-commerce items accurately and efficiently.
• Support other departments as back-up to reach store goals.
