Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items and prepare them for sale in our stores. You will ensure items are priced, tagged, and stocked while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on sorting, pricing, testing, and merchandising across departments, with opportunities to assist in e-commerce as needed. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stock, price, tag, and present items on the sales floor.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPI targets for duties.
• Sort donated items by type and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect items with batteries to ensure proper working condition.
• Maintain organized and clean production and sales areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
