Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items for the sales floor. You will price, tag, and prepare items while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing and maintaining product displays, testing electrics, and assisting customers and staff. Prior retail experience and attention to detail are valued; full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type and prepare for sale.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and stock items on the sales floor.
• Inspect items and perform quick tests on electrical items.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and staff.
• Maintain organized, clean production and sales floor areas.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
