Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Denver, CO is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production. The role centers on processing and sorting donated items, determining which items go to the sales floor, and handling pricing and testing according to standards.

You will ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and presented, with occasional customer interactions. The position runs a Day Shift from 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and may involve occasional donations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday; day shift 10 am–5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type and quality for pricing.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Test items with battery or plug-in checks for operability.
• Price items according to quality standards and value.
• Keep sales floor stocked, organized, and presented.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product questions.
• Cross-train in other areas and assist with donations as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
