Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate II, Retail Generalist, to support multiple departments in a busy store environment. The role involves donations processing, pricing, merchandising, and operating the sales floor while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires at least 1 year in retail or cash handling, the ability to obtain necessary equipment certifications, and the physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail, merchandising, or product placement experience desired.
• 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to obtain equipment certification (pallet jack, forklift, walkie stacker).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with donations and cashier transactions, ensuring accurate and friendly service.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organize products per store policies.
• Process E-Commerce products and ensure timely movement to online channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store operations as a back-up for departments.
• Operate or become certified in equipment to move and handle donated goods.
