Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for executing business plans to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction, while leading a diverse team.

You will build, coach and develop staff from staffing and hiring to training, drive sales initiatives, manage team members, and perform P&L analysis to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail/food service with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail management with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities
