Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to meet established sales and profit objectives, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role includes building and coaching teams, staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, and driving sales with a focus on P&L analysis and a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations and ensure standards and profitability.
• Lead staff meetings, coach and develop team members, and manage staffing
• Drive sales, manage team members, and perform P&L analysis.
