Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and ensure each customer receives the best experience possible
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience
• Assist with fitting rooms, sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit
• Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups and events
• Stay informed on new products and best sellers to share with customers and team
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a commission environment
• Coordinate inventory needs with store leadership and regional manager
• Oversee shipments, inventory and daily store maintenance
