The Wellsville Group is seeking a General Manager to lead our Amherst showroom with a hands-on approach, balancing daily sales leadership with coaching and development across the market. You will partner with GMs to drive performance, culture, and operational excellence on the sales floor.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, and building leadership talent, ensuring consistency and strong execution across locations while adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• High-volume or multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.
• Willingness to travel within the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, culture, and operational excellence.
• Lead showroom when the GM is offsite or on PTO.
