The Wellsville Group seeks a General Manager for the Amherst showroom, with the opportunity to support other market locations. You will lead a hands-on, sales-driven team, drive culture, and partner with other GMs to maintain strong performance across the market.

You will coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard future leaders, and ensure execution of company standards. Base salary is $70,000–$75,000 with performance bonuses and a target earning potential around $110,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Previous store-level leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and drive sales, culture, and operational excellence.
• Step into full showroom leadership when needed.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to expectations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of future leaders.
