Job summary

Twice Daily is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. You will oversee shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and implement programs across marketing, technology, and operations.

We value leaders with 3+ years in retail or hospitality and 3+ years supervising staff, with a 30-mile radius work flexibility. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401K matching, and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 3+ years' recent experience in retail, restaurant/foodservice, or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years' recent experience directly supervising staff.
• Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of home.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and bears responsibility for all aspects of store operations.
• Ensures "best in class" service is extended to all guests.
• Leads in delivering programs to maximize the guest experience.
• Educates guests about the Twice Daily offer.
• Provides leadership and direction to the assistant management team.
• Trains, retains, motivates, and leads a capable store team.
• Maintains inventory levels to Twice Daily standards.
