Job summary

Twice Daily is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tennessee to support the General Manager, coach team members, and ensure smooth store operations in the GM’s absence. The AM is a development pool for future senior operations leaders and helps deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Shifts run 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 10 PM–6 AM; weekend availability and overtime optional. Requires 18+, 2+ years in retail/food service, cash handling, communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have 2+ years in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Able to serve guests, communicate effectively, and handle cash transactions.
• Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to check identifications and process credit cards.
• Able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations in GM's absence.
• Ensure best-in-class service for Twice Daily guests.
• Serve as retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
• Develop passion for Twice Daily culture in self and others.
• Train, develop, and lead team members to go above and beyond for each guest.
• Provide daily coaching on roles in delivering the Twice Daily culture and values.
• Ensure inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation standards are maintained.
• Maintain interior and exterior image standards of the store.
• Performs basic math functions to collect payments and maintain cash drawer.
• Keep the store clean and orderly, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers.
• Participates in stocking items and marketing promotion efforts.
• Memorizes product locations and guides customers with suggestions.
