Tri Star Energy is seeking a General Manager for Twc Daily stores to lead day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll receive in-depth training, shadow experienced GMs, and apply marketing, inventory, and vendor-management skills to optimize store results.

The role requires open availability, leadership capability, and a track record in retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and bears responsibility for all aspects of store operations for multiple shifts.
• Ensures 'best in class' service is extended to all guests.
• Leads in delivering programs to maximize the guest experience.
• Educates guests about the Twice Daily offer.
• Provides leadership to the assistant management team.
• Creates the environment to support the store culture.
• Attracts, recruits, interviews, and hires staff aligned with company values.
• Trains, retains, and motivates a capable store team.
