1915 South is seeking a General Manager to own the store's people, sales, operations, and guest experience. This role is accountable for hitting budget, developing leaders, and ensuring value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership and floor execution, including ups management.
• Customer experience and guest support.
• Inventory management, promotion control, and cash handling.
• Facilities and building oversight.
• Culture management and communication (including huddle leadership).
• Store operations and standards.
• Talent development and coaching.
• Scheduling and team management (including conflict management).
• Training and performance management.
• KPI reporting and management meetings.
