Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to hit sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and the ability to schedule nights, days, weekends, and holidays. You will build and coach teams, drive sales, and manage performance through ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
