Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction goals. You will build, coach, and develop teams, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive store performance through staffing, training, and leadership.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing teams, tracking inventory, and performing P&L analyses to ensure financial success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales and profit targets
• Ensure customer expectations are met and maintain vendor relationships
• Build, coach, manage and develop staff from staffing to training
