$58,656 - $60,821.40 per year

The Role:

A Visionworks General Manager (GM) leads the store and its team, focusing on profitability and delivering a superior patient and customer experience from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. The GM manages operations, staff, and ensures financial and service goals are met.

1. Maximize store profitability while maintaining excellent patient/customer experience by achieving financial and performance targets.
2. Engage regularly with the doctor to discuss business needs, staff, and patient experience.
3. Plan daily operations, including managing traffic, appointments, and services.
4. Hire, train, coach, and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
5. Resolve obstacles in the patient/customer journey as needed.
6. Oversee operational activities to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Optical management experience is preferred.
• Licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License.
