Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans for travel centers and restaurants to meet standards, sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer expectations are met
• Conducting meetings with staff
• Maintaining vendor relationships
• Building, coaching, managing, and developing teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
• Driving sales
• Managing team members
• Tracking inventory
• Providing customer service
• Performing P&L analysis

Pay Rate: Starting between $48,900 and $72,750 per year

Qualifications

Must demonstrate integrity, accountability, and excellent leadership skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial responsibility
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to foster a customer-focused culture
