Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $58,656 - $68,795.01

The Role:

A Visionworks General Manager (GM) leads the store team and manages overall business operations. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, self-motivated, and focused on profitability and success. The GM ensures a smooth, human-centered patient and customer experience from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup.

• Maximize store profitability while maintaining excellent patient/customer experience by meeting financial and performance goals
• Engage regularly with the doctor to discuss business needs, team performance, and patient satisfaction
• Plan daily operations by managing traffic, appointments, and eyewear services
• Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver outstanding service
• Address and resolve issues impacting the patient/customer experience
• Oversee operational activities to meet financial and customer service objectives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least three years of related experience required
• Optical management experience is a plus
• Licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License
