Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring customer expectations are met
2. Conducting meetings with employees
3. Maintaining effective vendor relationships
4. Building, coaching, managing, and developing teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
5. Driving sales
6. Managing team members
7. Tracking inventory
8. Providing customer service
9. Performing P&L analysis

Pay rate starting between $48,900 and $72,750 per year.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate integrity, accountability, and strong team leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial responsibility
• Proficiency in high-volume retail management with P&L accountability
• Ability to foster a customer-focused culture
