Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in setting service expectations and training staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including POS transactions and guest interactions.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Ensure store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
