Job summary

GameStop in Texas is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a retail team. You will create a guest-centric shopping atmosphere, promote the buy/sell/trade model, and ensure brand standards are met across merchandising and service.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff across multiple units.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and onboarding of associates.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and merchandising.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily and accurately.
