Job Purpose: Reporting to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager, this role manages staff, oversees performance reviews and disciplinary actions, and supervises computer entry work and paperwork flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign work to warehouse staff, ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Monitor shipment quality and accuracy according to customer standards.
• Update staff on customer requirement changes and ensure training.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure safety, training, and development in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Oversee data entry accuracy and efficiency.
• Review work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
• Manage timesheets, including temp hours, and monitor overtime.
• Perform daily building checks and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to AIB food safety standards and training.
• Complete safety and equipment checklists and address issues.
• Handle accident reporting and emergency procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Co-Pack manager.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related co-pack experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or 6+ years supervisory/management experience with references.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Physical ability to count and handle products.
