Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
2. Train, develop, and coach staff to maximize sales
3. Ensure safety for customers and staff
4. Foster a diverse, collaborative culture
5. Address issues and supervise front-end operations for excellent customer service
6. Implement Asset Protection strategies
7. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff
8. Participate in workload planning and community engagement

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in retail
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Availability for full-time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Base Pay: $17.49 - $19.49 per hour
