Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Joplin store. You will lead front-end operations, coach associates, and collaborate with store management in merchandising, service, and HR to drive results.

The role requires visible leadership, the ability to manage duties as Manager on Duty, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times.
