Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Cape Coral. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and drive sales while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role integrates merchandising, operations, and human resources with growth opportunities in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions while supervising front-end operations.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
