Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues across the store.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and operational processes to meet sales goals.
• Provide development and mentorship for hourly associates and manage staffing.
