Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to join our Kansas City store. You will help with daily operations, merchandising, and front-end duties while supporting customers in a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll also assist with the cash register, ensure store cleanliness, and protect company assets as part of a friendly, customer-focused team. This is a part-time role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and neatness of store, including restrooms.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
