Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator at The Shops At Perry Crossing in Plainfield, IN. This role supports daily logistics: receiving, shipping, backroom maintenance, and facility cleaning to create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, using FedEx for dispatch, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring accurate stock presentations on the floor. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices against received shipments and ensure accuracy of transfers.
• Prepare and send items via FedEx; process alterations, layaways, or special orders as needed.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom for efficiency.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) software and assist Guests at the register.
• Keep store supplies stocked and organized; support neat, clean, and orderly work area.
