Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support retail operations. The role includes receiving shipments, boxing items for shipment, tagging garments, and maintaining stock and presentation in the backroom and on the floor.

You will work with POS software, help ensure accurate shipments, and assist management with backroom organization and basic operational tasks. This entry-level position requires physical stamina and a can-do attitude to support a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices vs items received.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Ensure transfers match items shipped.
• Fold and box items for presentation when shipping to Guests or other stores.
• Remove pins/labels and tag garments for sale.
• Hang, fold, and steam merchandise for the floor.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Operate and learn Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through the register.
