Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to fulfill the company mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role supports store operations, receiving shipments, shipping items, backroom upkeep, and routine store cleaning to ensure smooth daily functions.

Primary duties include processing freight, labeling, packaging, and assisting on floor projects, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and guest service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process freight shipments and store transfers.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize backroom.
• Assist guests with merchandise, pricing, and returns.
• Operate POS system knowledge.
• Keep area neat, clean, and organized.
