ALO is seeking a strategic, hands-on FP&A Manager, Retail, to own financial planning for our expanding store footprint in Beverly Hills. You will partner with Store Ops, Real Estate, and Planning leadership to drive profitability and guide capital investments, while leading a team of analysts.

This role combines budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma modelling (IRR/NPV), with performance reviews and scalable reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operations finance.
• Experience in retail or consumer with physical stores preferred.
• Experience mentoring analysts.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Deep expertise in store-level P&Ls, four-wall economics, and capital investment analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior leadership.
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional influence.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; planning systems and BI tools.
• ERP implementations experience; FP&A requirements and testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes for the Retail channel, including sales, payroll, occupancy, and opex.
• Own the store P&L portfolio and deliver monthly performance reviews to senior leadership, translating results into clear insights and recommended actions.
• Oversee the monthly close review in partnership with Accounting, ensuring accurate variance explanations and accruals.
• Own the new store investment model and approval process, presenting proformas (IRR, NPV, payback period, and sensitivity analysis) to executive leadership.
• Partner with Real Estate on lease evaluations and remodel, relocation, and closure decisions.
• Partner with Store Operations on labor planning and productivity, identifying opportunities to improve store-level profitability.
• Lead post-opening reviews and ongoing portfolio health assessments, flagging underperforming stores and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and define key store performance metrics and build scalable reporting that improves visibility across the organization.
• Drive process improvements and automation across planning and reporting tools.
• Manage, coach, and develop FP&A Analyst(s), setting priorities and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects across the business, as necessary.
