Job summary

ALO Yoga is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, Retail, to support our growing store footprint. You will partner with Store Operations, Real Estate and Planning to provide financial analysis, optimize store performance and guide investment decisions for new and existing stores.

The role requires 1-3 years in finance, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with planning systems or BI tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in finance-related work, corporate and/or operations finance.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables for the Retail channel
• Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process, including variance and accrual analysis
• Track and analyze store-level P&Ls, highlighting opportunities to improve profitability and cost structure
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for store performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and sales per square foot
• Support planning processes for sales, payroll, and opex budgets at the store level
• Partner with Retail teams on store proformas, including IRR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis on new store openings
• Support post-opening reviews that compare new store performance against original proformas
• Other ad-hoc analysis across the business, as necessary
