What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
2. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Replenishing sales space according to visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Selecting goods for customers within the designated time to ensure excellent service.
5. Certifying powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
7. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
8. Promoting a culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment is preferred.

The pay range for this role is $21.06 - $30.09.
