What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
  2. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  3. Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidelines.
  4. Selecting goods for customers within the specified time frame to ensure excellent service.
  5. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  7. Using scanner equipment and inventory management systems effectively.
  8. Promoting a culture that embraces diversity and reflects IKEA's values among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.
