Job Overview:

Join our team to produce quality products for over 50 household brands in the U.S. We are passionate about the Planters brand and its history in Suffolk.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Operate equipment effectively, demonstrate competency, and perform validation checks
  • Achieve performance results using OEE/MES systems
  • Configure production runs and adjust equipment as needed
  • Perform machine changeovers, set-ups, and replace worn parts
  • Handle machine breakdowns and troubleshooting
  • Document work and perform preventive maintenance
  • Load materials, identify out-of-specification materials, and use computerized systems for adjustments
  • Perform sanitation, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety and environmental compliance

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Forklift License
  • Good attendance and TQR qualification
  • Effective communication, computer literacy, and experience with automated machinery
  • Mechanical skills and ability to use manuals for machine adjustments
