Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate equipment effectively, demonstrate competency, and perform validation checks
- Achieve performance results using OEE/MES systems
- Configure production runs and adjust equipment as needed
- Perform machine changeovers, set-ups, and replace worn parts
- Handle machine breakdowns and troubleshooting
- Document work and perform preventive maintenance
- Load materials, identify out-of-specification materials, and use computerized systems for adjustments
- Perform sanitation, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety and environmental compliance
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Forklift License
- Good attendance and TQR qualification
- Effective communication, computer literacy, and experience with automated machinery
- Mechanical skills and ability to use manuals for machine adjustments
