What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Move products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment, following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the specified time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Certify operation of powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Foster an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.

The pay range for this role is $22.77 - $32.50.
